I started at Tata Consultancy Services in November 2020 as a trainee for two months. Afterward, I contributed to three key interactive projects and a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative. While I can't share specific details due to confidentiality, I can provide a brief overview of my responsibilities and contributions.

This project focused on a product offering businesses real-time insights into consumer preferences, behaviors, and trends. The main deliverable was a comprehensive dashboard. Although the product was already developed, the client requested a complete rebranding. My role was to redesign the user interface using the new design system, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

This project focused on inspecting assets and managing vegetation around aging infrastructure. The assets included poles, crossarms, and insulators, along with vegetation encroachment in the grid corridor, which could lead to short circuits and outages. As the sole designer, I was responsible for creating a user experience aimed at effectively managing and maintaining these anomalies.

Project 2   (Lead UI UX Designer)

This project was a framework accessible via different channel and is available to organisation's stakeholders/users. It helps transform legacy systems and integrates processes or internal systems that work in silos keeping in mind the needs of all stakeholders in an organization – be it management, employees, clients, investors, partners, suppliers and so on. I was a designer leading various modules of this project.
